Product Process
1. Suitable sliced veneers are selected
2. Veneers are cut into suitable sizes
3. Glue is coated on the plywood/mdf by a pasting machine
4. Veneeres are pasted on the plywood
5. Then hot-pressed
6. Any access material leftover from pasting is cut away
7. They are carefully inspected, if any gaps are found it is hot pressed again
8. Surface is polished by a wide belt sander
9. Ready to be packed and delivered!
