Many friends concern about the shipping cost, normally the goods will send out through DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, FedEx, if you don鈥檛 have a domestic forwarder in China. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
Our Service
1. OEM & ODM (we have our own factory, machine and designers etc).
2. Customer logo and wordings can be caved or imprinted on watches (dial, bezel or back case, buckle etc).
3. When got customer inquiry, we will reply AM 7.00 to PM 24.00.
4. Can reply customer all request on time.
FAQ
1. Can you provide sample first before I place mass order?
Yes, we can provide samples for your reference.
The sample fee will be returned when ordering 300 pieces or deducted from next 300 watches.
2. What is your MOQ?
For present watches which we have in stock, we accept 1 MOQ. For OEM order with custom logo, we accept 1 MOQ.
3. Can we customize our own brand watch and where can we put our logo?
Yes, you can customize your own brand watch.
You can put your logo on the dial, the buckle, the band and the caseback, etc.
The logo can be engraved, lasered or printed according to your request.
Note: We can provide free logo design.
4. What’s the delivery time?
For our branded watches in stock, the delivery is in 3~5 days.
For OEM orders, the delivery time is around 30-45 days.
5. How about quality of your products?
All our branded watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.
All our branded watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 10 years, except deliberate scratch.
