    DH series heatless desiccant adsorption dryer are adsorbed and analyzed by the PSA principle to obtain a stable pressure dew point and fully dry compressed air. It employs double towers with a short cycle of switch to produce the deeply dehumidified air.
    Working Principle And Process Flow
    A large amount of air discharged from the air compressor flows in from the compressed air inlet pipe and enters the operation tower in the two towers through the gas valve, wherein the moisture is absorbed by the adsorbent and dried. When the air circulates to the top of the tower, the moisture in the air is completely absorbed, and the dew point temperature can reach -40 掳 C, thereby achieving the purpose of drying.
    The entire cycle standard takes 10 minutes, each tower runs for 5 minutes, one tower is in the process of operation (operating tower), the other tower is in regeneration state (non-operating tower), and the regeneration time is 4.5 minutes. During the regeneration process, A part of the dry air in the operation tower enters the non-operating tower through the regenerative air volume regulating valve, and the water in the tower is brought to the atmosphere through the muffler.
